Mr. Galvin served as the initial chairman of the City of Santa Rosa Community Advisory Board, a Board that was mandated by an amendment to the City's Charter. Mr. Galvin was appointed to the City of Santa Rosa’s Board of Public Utilities in January of 2005 and currently serves as the Chairman of that Board.
